Mike Heywood was born and raised in Arizona and has a passion for helping people through physical therapy. Mike received his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. Shortly after graduation Mike enrolled in the COMT program through the Phoenix Manual Therapy Group. This program focuses on extremity and spinal treatment. Mike has also received his certification in dry needling from the Spinal Manipulation Group. Mike has a passion for working with a wide array of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Mike's experience ranges from: pediatrics, athlete recovery, post operative recovery, spinal dysfunction, neurological disorders, pain relating to pregnancy, extremity pain, dysfunction recovery, as well as hand and foot therapy.

Josh has completed extensive research involving the Relationship Between Sensory Impairments and Gait Performance Following Stroke.
