We know that you have tried exercise before as a way to reduce your pain. You may have even tried out physical therapy where you were given exercises specific to your injury. The difference is that at DASH you are not just given standard exercises. Mike has been trained by some of the best in the business and with that he has learned some of the latest and greatest exercise techniques. New exercises that are not common, but that target your individual needs and lead to your own personal recovery. Everyone's injury, body, and recovery process looks different; the exercises should look different too. We do not believe in an excessive amount of exercise, we believe in specific exercises that target your specific (properly diagnosed) injury.
