We know that you have tried exercise before as a way to reduce your pain. You may have even tried out physical therapy where you were given exercises specific to your injury. The difference is that at DASH you are not just given standard exercises. Our therapists have been trained by some of the best in the business and have learned some of the latest and greatest exercise techniques. These exercises are not common and target your individual needs. Everyone's injury, body, and recovery process look different; the exercises should look different too. We do not believe in an excessive amount of exercise, we believe in specific exercises that target your specific (properly diagnosed) injury.
